The Finance and Administration team provides shared services across the Office of the Vice Provost for Research & Scholarship (and by extension to the research community) to enable our team members and stakeholders to do their roles as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Finance & Business Operations

This team drives the day-to-day operations, ensuring we stay on budget and within UM policies.  They support the development of strategic initiatives and are responsible for managing OVPR’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting.  

Research Education & Communications

The Research Education and Communications team designs and offers training opportunities to the University research community. The team drives engagement through communication channels, events, and recognition initiatives.
