The Award Administration team, within the Office of Research Administration, is responsible for managing sponsored research awards, ensuring compliance with sponsor terms and institutional policiesWe coordinate with investigators and departments to process award documents, communicate with sponsors, fulfill financial reporting requirements, and facilitate modifications throughout the award lifecycle. 

Services

  • Ensures compliance with sponsor terms and institutional policies.  
  • Coordinates with PIs and departments to clarify award conditions.  
  • Manages award modifications such as budget revisions.  
  • Manages award closeouts and submits financial reports to sponsors.
