Award Setup

The Award Setup team, within the Office of Research Administration, ensures new sponsored awards are accurately established in Workday. We review award documents and configure budgets and grant structures in Workday to enable timely spending and reporting. 

Services

  •  Review award notices and agreements for compliance and accounting requirements. 
  • Create and configure awards in Workday, including budget structures and grant hierarchies.  
  • Notify departments and PIs upon award activation in Workday.
