Your Disclosure Profile is required to be submitted and updated once annually. Your Disclosure Profile should also be updated within 30 days of any changes to your interests.

Yes. You should disclose financial interests that are held by your spouse or dependents. When adding a disclosure entity, you will be able to indicate the relationship type within the smart form.
Navigate to your Disclosure Profile within UDisclose. On the upper left-hand corner, the orange status box should read “No Action Required” if it has been successfully submitted.
Once a study is sent for COI review, your Disclosure Profile will be reviewed by a DSAM staff member for potential relatedness between your disclosed interests and the research project. Please give us at least 7-10 business days to complete our review. Reviews are completed in chronological order from when they entered our review queue. DSAM will share the details of your interest and your role in the study with the COI Committee. Based on their their guidelines, guidelines, if the Committee determines that your interest constitutes a conflict of interest (COI), they will create a COI Management Plan. This process may take up to 30 days.
