Office Hours - Common Forms

 

 

We are offering Office Hours to support faculty and research administrators in using the Common Forms for Biographical Sketches and Current and Pending (Other) Support.

Please note that the current leniency period previously communicated will end on May 7, 2026 (NOT-OD-26-033). The use of the Common Forms for the Biographical Sketch, Current and Pending (Other) Support, and NIH Biographical Sketch Supplement will be required for all application due dates, as well as Just-In-Time (JIT), Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR), and Prior Approval submissions on or after May 8, 2026. Mandated by the NIH and other federal agencies, the Common Forms are designed to ensure compliance with agency-specific requirements and to enhance the transparency and quality of federally funded research. Join our Office Hours to ask questions, review requirements, and prepare for a smooth transition.
