Research Mentoring Summit

 

 

The Research Mentoring Summit inspires mentoring, shares best practices, and fosters cross-disciplinary connections. It connects Coral Gables, Medical, and Marine Campuses.

The 2026 Spring Research Mentoring Summit took place on Monday, March 23rd at the Shalala Student Center, Activities Room, Coral Gables campus. Future events will alternate and take place at all three campuses.

The program included:

  • Presentations on the institutional mentoring initiatives

Collaborative Research Mentoring Program

The goal of this program is to advance a university-wide research mentoring and development program that strengthens support for new investigators, accelerates progress toward UM’s mission-based research strategy, addresses key challenges and resource gaps, and delivers actionable strategies that promote sustained research growth and alignment with the University’s research mission.
Top
