The Research Accounting and Cost Analysis team, within the Office of Research Administration, ensures strong financial stewardship, compliance, and transparency across the University’s sponsored programs. We manage key financial and compliance activities, including F&A rate proposals and negotiations, research space surveys, monthly reconciliations, effort certification, service and recharge center rates, and ClinCard administration. We also monitor internal reports for compliance and provide quality assurance to ensure awards are managed accurately. By collaborating with the Office of Research Administration, central finance offices, and academic units, we support effective grant management and advance the university’s research mission.
