Entering Your ORCID ID In the UDisclose System

Watch this video or follow the instructions below for step by step instructions for entering your ORCID ID into the UDisclose System as part of your disclosure profile.

What You Will Need:

  • Your ORCID ID (16-digit identifier only, not the URL)

Instructions:

  1. Log in to UDisclose (udisclose.miami.edu)
    1. Navigate to the UDisclose System and sign in using your university credentials.
  2. Access Your Disclosure Profile
    1. Click the Edit Disclosure Profile button on the main page.
  3. Navigate to Institutional Responsibility Section
    1. On the left-hand side of the menu, select Institutional Responsibilities.
  4. Enter Your ORCID ID

    1. Locate the ORCID field.
    2. Enter your ORCID ID using the 16-digit number only.
    3. Do not include the full URL (for example, do not enter https://orcid.org/)
  5. Save and Submit
    1. Continue through the remaining sections of your disclosure profile.
    2. Submit your updated disclosure profile once all required fields are complete.
